Mental Health Morning Tea

Proudly supporting R U OK?

Thursday, September 14 is RUOK Day. Running since 2009, the annual event emphasises the importance of recognising the signs of poor mental health, and then having a conversation to check if someone is ok.

To help shine a spotlight on mental health and suicide prevention, Isaac Navicare is partnering with ELAM and MDSS to host a free mental health morning tea at the Moranbah Youth & Community Centre. Come along for delicious snacks, collect your RUOK Day goodie bag, and chat to the staff for information about mental health and how to access support.

The first 50 people to come along and ask someone if they are ok will get a free coffee from Coffee N Crumbs, and you can enter our selfie competition for your chance to win a coffee voucher.
