Welcoming Jade Davies as Clermont’s permanent Care Navigator!

We are pleased to welcome Jade to the Navicare team. Based in beautiful Clermont, Jade brings a unique blend of experience to the Navicare team. With a background in law and youth work, Jade is passionate about supporting rural communities. Having lived and worked on remote cattle stations throughout Queensland, Jade understands the challenges and rewards of rural life. She's dedicated to making a valuable contribution to the communities she serves.  

We asked Jade about her first few months on the Navicare Care Navigation team. 

“In my role as a Mental Health Care Navigator based in Clermont, I’ve been privileged to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of the individuals and families that call our region home. I have been able to connect people with the support and resources that they need to thrive”, says Jade.

“Witnessing the resilience and determination of those I’ve worked with has been a constant source of inspiration, and I am grateful for the chance to contribute to their journey towards improved mental health and wellbeing.”
