Isaac Navicare Finalists at the Qld Mental Health Week Awards!
We are delighted to announce that Isaac Navicare has been nominated and successfully shortlisted as a finalist in the 2024 Queensland Mental Health Week Achievement Awards!
Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) is an annual awareness week that aims to shine a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing. Funded by the Queensland Government through the Queensland Mental Health Commission, Queensland Mental Health Week is coordinated by CheckUP and delivered through strong cross-sector collaboration. The initiative is linked to World Mental Health Day, which is held on 10 October every year.
Becoming a finalist within the Qld Mental Health Week award in the NFP small-to-medium enterprise (1-100 employees). This is a huge achievement, especially after less than three years in operation.
The winners of each category will be announced at the Awards Breakfast Ceremony on Friday 11th October 2024 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The awards will be attended by Kelly McGrath Care Navigator, Wesley Research Institute CEO, Andrew Barron, as well as two representatives from our founding partners Mitsubishi Development, Senior Vice President and Head CEO Office, Kohei Harada and Senior Manager Corporate Affairs and Risk, Kanako Shimizu.
As well as announcing the winner of each category, the Awards will also celebrate the overall winner, with the highest score across all categories at the ceremony. This winner will receive the Earle Duus Award, in addition to their winning category award.
We wish Isaac Navicare all the best at the upcoming awards ceremony and commend all other finalists for their work to further mental health support in their communities.
